  • What is your shipping policy?
    All of our products are digital, therefore, you will receive a membership access to our website to collect your digital products, and also an email with information for digital product downloads, in the case of ebooks and other templates found in our SHOP. CLUB and PRESENCE both can be accessed via your membership portal which means you login to our website with your email and chosen password.
  • What is your return policy?
    All digital download products are non-refundable. CLUB Membership policy: You may cancel your annual membership at any time. However, please note that the annual subscription fee is non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will receive the remaining quarterly issues for the current subscription year, after which your subscription will terminate. PRESENCE courses have a 7 day return policy and the option to pay in full or in instalments for the higher priced courses will be made available.
